Sales Taxes
We are required by law to collect 8.8% sales tax on all orders made by Washington State residents, and on all orders getting shipped to destinations inside of the State of Washington.
Your Privacy
We are a company that firmly believes in your right to privacy. We do not share ANY of our customer information with any third parties. Furthermore, our website will not fill your computer with any sort of spyware, or tracking cookies. Please note that Paypal handles all of our customer shopping-cart transactions, so any information entered on thier website is subject to PayPal's privacy policies.

All customer testimonials are only printed with the express permission of the specific customer involved.
The Security of Your Data
None of your data is stored anywhere on this website. We have no on-line databases to be cracked by hackers looking for your credit-card information. Our shopping-cart has been out-sourced to PayPal.com who handles all of the security aspects of every transaction performed through this website. Therefore we have left the security of your financial transactions in the extremely capable hands of the security gurus over at PayPal.
Timely Delivery
We are committed to delivering any products and services that you order from us in a timely manner. Our usual policy is to have turn-around time of no more than a week on a product order, and to have a turn-around time of no more than three weeks on on any conversion products. For equipment servicing due to having to obtain parts, and time for timely diagnosis turn-around time could be as long as 8 weeks.

However, we are small operation, and on occasion we may inevitably encounter circumstances completely beyond our control which might delay the completion of your conversions, or on the service of your equipment. We value your business greatly, and rest assured that we will do everything in our power to deliver your order, and to respond quickly and in a courteous manner to your inquiries.
Refunds
Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds, as many of the products that we sell could be very easily explioted if we did. However, if under some very special circumstances, there is some reason why a refund makes sense, we will consider it.
Shipping Damage
Sonic Perfectionists has no control over the conduct of any shipping carriers. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any shipping damages to or from our facility by any given carrier. We will make every effort to ensure that any goods that we ship are packed as securely as possible. However we have absolutely no control of how well you pack an item that is sent to us. In our experience it is best to pack equipment with the underlying assumption that it will be dropped off of the back of the carrier's truck multiple times during the journey, and pack it accordingly.
Warranties
- In-house Product Warranties
  We offer a 90-Day limited warranty on any of our in-house products. The sole remedy for this waranty shall be replacement of the defective product, upon the return of the original defective item.
- Conversion Media Warranties
  We also offer a 30-Day limited warranty on any of the conversion media that we sell. This does not cover user-induced damage such as scratching-up your disks, or baking your CDs inside your hot car on a sunny day, or spilling beverages on your disks. The sole remedy for this warranty shall be replacement of the defective product, upon the return of the original defective items (for obvious reasons).
- Equipment Servicing Warranties
  We offer a 30-Day limited LABOR-ONLY warranty on any of our equipment servicing. This warranty only covers the work that we do on a given piece of equipment, no more. It does NOT cover any subsequent failures of other components or systems inside of a component that have nothing to do with the original service work. The sole remedy for any failures of any new parts that are installed inside of a unit shall be the repair of our own work.
Refusals
Sonic Perfectionists reserves the right to refuse to do business with any given party or parties for any reason.

Yes, we will gladly trade links with you! However we do have certain limitations to this policy. We absolutely WILL NOT accept links to either Adult sites, or sites that sell Drugs or any other types of Pharmaceauticals.
